This role is perfect for someone who loves creating flawless makeup looks while delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales.

What You'll Do:

Provide professional makeup applications and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Build relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service and personalized beauty recommendations. Drive sales by meeting and exceeding company targets. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace following company and industry standards. Stay up to date on beauty trends, product knowledge, and Honey Cosmetics' offerings. Support daily store operations including restocking, merchandising, and POS transactions.

What We're Looking For:

Proven skills in makeup artistry with an eye for detail and creativity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident with client interactions. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet goals and upsell products. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends). Previous retail or cosmetic sales experience is a plus.
