Makeup Artist

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Freelance Makeup Artist to collaborate with our team. In this role, you will deliver personalized beauty services while providing expert product knowledge and recommendations. You will create a welcoming, elevated experience for each client, helping them feel confident in both their look and their product choices. This position offers a comfortable, client-focused environment that allows for meaningful one-on-one interactions and artistry. Responsibilities Provide professional makeup applications tailored to each client's needs, occasion, and personal style. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable makeup and skincare products. Perform accurate shade matching for complexion products, ensuring a seamless and natural finish. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in line with industry hygiene standards. Promote and recommend products used during services to support retail sales. Stay current on beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to continuously elevate your artistry. Assist with in-store events, makeup lessons, and group bookings when needed. Create and participate in social media content, showcasing your work and supporting brand visibility. Manage bookings, timing, and client communication in a professional and organized manner. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals. Qualifications Proven experience as a freelance makeup artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of looks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach. Strong knowledge of makeup techniques, skin types, and product application. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team when required. Professional, polished appearance with a positive and reliable attitude. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and event-based schedules.
