Responsibilities Perform precise microblading procedures to create natural-looking, semi-permanent eyebrow enhancements. Conduct brow lamination treatments to achieve fuller, well-groomed eyebrows with a sleek finish. Consult with clients to understand their desired look, offering professional advice on brow shaping, color matching, and maintenance. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards throughout all procedures to ensure client safety. Educate clients on post-treatment care, including proper hygiene practices and product recommendations. Manage client records accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatments and progress. Promote retail sales of brow care products and related beauty services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices essential for safe cosmetic procedures. Background in cosmetology or esthetician training, with certification in microblading or tattooing preferred. Familiarity with color theory to select the perfect pigment shades for each client's skin tone and hair color. Experience with EMR systems for accurate record keeping of treatments and client information. Additional skills such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, makeup application, or dermabrasion are a plus.
