Lash & Brow Artist

We are seeking a part-time or full-time Lash Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the beauty industry and be knowledgeable in lash and brow services. What it looks like:

Paid, structured lash training from day one A full schedule build for you A team environment to help support and encourage your growth Systems and procedures to ensure your success What you'll be doing: Providing a luxury customer service experience to every guest Performing high-quality lash and brow services in accordance with salon protocols and hygiene standards Educating guests on aftercare procedures and recommend appropriate products to support their beauty goals Managing reservations, guest records, and service details using salon software Collaborating with team members to maintain a seamless workflow and supportive team environment Promoting retail products and salon services to enhance the overall guest experience

Qualifications:

Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist Excellent communication skills Leadership skills Strong organizational skills Strategic thinker Reliable, professional, courteous and patient Fast learner Ability to multi-task Detail oriented Works well in a busy, changing environment Exceptional guest service Experience in salon/beauty environment or retail sales
