In person About Lucia Lash/Brow Lucia Lash/Brow is an established lash & brow studio with locations in Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Hawaii, and Japan. We're hiring licensed Cosmetologists or Estheticians with strong lash extension skills who want a supportive, professional team, clear growth, and ongoing training. The lash and brow specialist will be based in our Marlton, NJ location. Pay & Advancement Paid orientation/training: $20/hr When you begin taking clients: $21/hr + tips Commission phase (after on-boarding/skill benchmarks): 40%-45% commission + tips Commission rate increases based on incentives/targets and performance milestones. Total earnings vary based on bookings, schedule, and service mix. Advancement is based on readiness, quality standards, and consistency.
