Lash and Brow Artist

Loves the beauty industry but also respects the responsibility behind it Wants to grow their skills and clientele in a supportive environment Understands that energy, consistency, and client experience matter just as much as the service itself

What You'll Be Doing:

Lash extensions (Classic, Hybrid, Volume - or willingness to grow into volume) Lash lifts (bonus if familiar with Korean Lash Lift, but we can train) Brow services (shaping, tinting, lamination, brow mapping is a plus) Maintaining a clean, calm, and welcoming workspace Creating a consistent experience clients can trust and come back to

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist (NJ) Lash experience preferred (but open to the right person who is willing to learn) Someone who is reliable, kind, and coachable Strong attention to detail (this matters a lot here) Positive energy—no drama, no ego, just good people Someone who genuinely cares about their clients and their work
