As a key member of our beauty team, you'll deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized services that boost confidence and elevate self-care routines. Duties Perform eyelash extension applications, brow shaping, tinting, and grooming with precision and care. Deliver additional beauty treatments such as brow lamination, hair threading, and facial waxing to meet client needs. Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations to maintain their look. Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Millennium or

MINDBODY

to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas in accordance with health regulations. Upsell retail products and treatment packages to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build a loyal community. PMU Artist (preferred) Skills Proven experience in eyelash extensions, eyebrow shaping, and other esthetic treatments such as dermabrasion or dermal fillers. Strong management skills for handling appointments, retail sales, and client records efficiently. Familiarity with salon software platforms like Boulevard for scheduling and client management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients. Knowledge of sanitation protocols, body waxing techniques, hair styling, makeup application, and nail care. Ability to perform advanced treatments including botulinum toxin injections or esthetic laser treatments if certified.
