Perrysburg, OH Position type: Full-time About the role At Drybar Perrysburg, every position plays a direct role in delivering a seamless, confidence-building guest experience. As a Blowout Specialist, you'll focus on styling services while maintaining pace, consistency, and connection with guests in a high-energy salon environment. We're looking for a stylist who is efficient behind the chair, coachable, and excited to contribute to a strong team culture. Responsibilities Perform signature blowouts and styling services according to brand standards Consult with guests to recommend styles and retail products Maintain appointment timing Build guest relationships that drive repeat visits Support team members and contribute to a positive environment Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstation Participate in ongoing education and training Qualifications Active cosmetology license (Ohio required) Blowout and styling experience preferred (training provided) Strong guest communication and service mindset Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Weekend availability Compensation & perks Hourly base ($15) + tips (typically 20% of the service) + retail commission (10% on products sold) Complimentary weekly blowouts Product discounts Ongoing education and skill development What success looks like in this role Consistent service timing and strong technical execution Meaningful guest connections and retention Retail recommendations that feel natural and helpful Ability to maintain pace during high-volume days Positive contribution to team culture and salon energy
