About the Role We're looking for a Hair and Makeup Artist to join our on-model studio team. This hands-on role focuses on preparing and maintaining hair and makeup for talent during fast-paced photoshoots, ensuring all looks align with client style guides and creative direction. What You'll Do Style and maintain hair and makeup for models during studio sessions Perform touch-ups to keep talent camera-ready throughout shoots Work across a variety of hair types, textures, and skin tones Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and production team to achieve desired looks Stay attentive on set and make real-time adjustments as needed Maintain a clean, organized workspace and tools What You Bring Professional training and/or certification in hair and makeup artistry (cosmetology preferred) Experience in a studio, on-set, or high-volume production environment Strong understanding of diverse hair and makeup techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detail Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills Flexible availability based on shoot schedules Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the day (cement studio floors) Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 lbs Repetitive hand use (steaming, pinning, prepping, tagging) Ability to work in active studio and warehouse environments Work Environment Fast-paced E-Commerce production studio On-set and warehouse environment Work performed under production lighting and active shoot conditions Equal Opportunity Employer Straub Collaborative is an equal opportunity employer.
