Lash Artist

Job Summary We are seeking a talented and energetic Lash Artist to join our dynamic beauty team! In this role, you will specialize in enhancing clients' natural beauty through expertly applied eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and other eye-enhancing treatments. to optimize client flow Upsell retail products like lash care kits, makeup, and skincare items to enhance client results and increase sales Engage with clients through social media management by posting before-and-after photos, promotions, and updates to build brand loyalty Requirements Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with specialization in lash artistry or related fields Proven experience applying eyelash extensions and performing lash lifts or tinting Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures in a salon environment Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and aftercare instructions Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or
