Responsibilities Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications using safe and hygienic techniques, adhering to sanitation standards. Consult with clients to determine their desired look, providing personalized recommendations based on eye shape and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, workstations, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations. Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as Square or MINDBODY, ensuring a smooth flow of clients. Educate clients on lash aftercare, product usage, and maintenance to promote long-lasting results. Upsell retail products like lash serums, cleansers, and aftercare kits to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Engage with clients via social media management platforms to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build a loyal community. Assist at the front desk when needed, providing excellent guest services and managing inquiries professionally. Participate in product demos and training sessions to stay current on the latest lash techniques and industry trends. Experience Proven experience as a Certified Lash Technician or similar role within a beauty or spa environment. Certification in eyelash extension application from an accredited program is required; additional certifications such as dermal fillers or dermabrasion are a plus. Familiarity with salon management software like Square or

MINDBODY

is preferred; strong social media management skills are highly valued. Knowledge of sanitation protocols specific to eyelash extension application is essential for safety and client trust. Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence is highly desirable.
