In this role, you will deliver exceptional eyelash extension services, ensuring each guest leaves feeling confident and beautiful. Responsibilities Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met Provide additional beauty services such as eyebrow shaping, tinting, and facial waxing to enhance client satisfaction Maintain thorough knowledge of current trends in lash extensions, makeup application, and other esthetic treatments like dermal fillers or botulinum toxin procedures Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as Gloss Genius Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations to promote long-lasting results Uphold strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Engage with clients via social media management by posting updates, responding to inquiries, and promoting special offers or product demos Assist at the front desk with guest services, scheduling, and retail sales of beauty products Support retail sales efforts by upselling complementary treatments like hair extensions or nail care services Participate in product demos and training sessions to stay current on new techniques and products in the industry Qualifications Valid cosmetology license with specialization in eyelash extensions or related esthetic certifications Proven experience in eyelash extension application Knowledge of salon management software including is preferred but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships Familiarity with social media management tools for marketing purposes Understanding of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon or med spa environment Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos is highly desirable Additional skills such as waxing, are a plus but not required Reliable transportation is required Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to enhancing beauty through expert services and personalized care.
