In this energetic role, you will lead the treatment process, educate clients on lice prevention, and ensure a clean, sanitized environment. No prior experience with lice treatment is expected-we'd like to be the ones who train you! Manage your own schedule in in coordination with our customers. Excellent position for busy students or even busier parents, with pay that makes working worth your time. Duties Lead head lice removal treatments using proven techniques and tools, ensuring thorough and effective results. Manage appointment scheduling, client consultations, and follow-up care to maximize customer satisfaction. Maintain strict sanitation protocols for treatment areas in customer homes, treatment tools and equipment to uphold health standards. Educate clients on lice prevention strategies, proper hair care practices, and product usage to empower ongoing protection. Oversee daily operations at the treatment center, including front desk responsibilities and client communication. . Promote services through social media management and community outreach to expand client base and awareness. Skills . Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and educate clients. Experience with sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment. Knowledge of cosmetology principles, including hair care, and scalp health, a plus (but not required). Customer service expertise with a friendly, approachable demeanor that puts clients at ease. Ability to multitask efficiently while managing retail sales of lice prevention products or related items.
