Responsibilities Deliver engaging, hands-on eyelash extension training sessions that cover application techniques, safety protocols, and client care. Develop detailed lesson plans that incorporate theory, practical skills, and industry best practices. Evaluate student progress through assessments, providing constructive feedback to foster improvement. Demonstrate proficiency in related aesthetic treatments such as facial procedures, body waxing, and makeup application to enhance comprehensive beauty education. Stay updated on the latest advancements in eyelash extension methods, including volume lashes and different adhesive technologies. Assist students in building confidence with classroom management and personalized coaching tailored to individual learning styles. Ensure all training activities adhere to health and safety standards while promoting a positive learning environment. Requirements 100% bilingual (Spanish and English ) Availability for nightshift Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesday's from 4PM to 9PM. 1-2 Years of teaching experience.
