Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Makeup Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of makeup application techniques and have a flair for enhancing natural beauty. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Makeup Artist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with clients to achieve their desired looks for various occasions. Duties Provide professional makeup application services for clients, ensuring satisfaction with the final results. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products and techniques. Stay updated on the latest makeup trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations. Sanitate all tools and workspaces before and after each client session to maintain hygiene standards. Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided. Perform additional beauty services such as body waxing, hair styling, hair threading, and eyelash extensions as needed. Collaborate with photographers during photo shoots to create desired looks that enhance the overall aesthetic. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all supplies are stocked and readily available. Skills Strong knowledge of color theory and makeup application techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Experience in retail sales is a plus, enabling effective product recommendations. Proficiency in body waxing, hair styling, hair threading, and eyelash extensions is highly desirable. Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in accordance with industry standards. A background in cosmetology is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with photography principles can enhance collaboration during shoots. Join us as we empower individuals through beauty!
