SKILLS REQUIRED
Active Texas Cosmetology, Esthetician, or Eyelash Specialty License Experience in eyelash extensions with the ability to apply classic and volume lashes Self-fanning experience preferred (not required) Brow service experience preferred (not required) Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new techniques and services quickly Strong work ethic with the ability to provide efficient, high-quality services Excellent customer service skills and the ability to understand clients' needs Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule Flexible availability; full-time availability is preferred Positive attitude with openness to feedback and continuous improvement
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide an exceptional experience for every client while encouraging retention and pre-booking Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized workstation at all times Promote memberships, retail products, and current promotions professionally Educate clients about our services, aftercare, and brand values Build and maintain a loyal clientele through outstanding service and professionalism Uphold LeahLASH quality and customer service standards consistently Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to provide reliable support to the team and clients
