Job Description

At Primp and Blow, we're all about creating an elevated, welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors. Our team is passionate about great service, teamwork, and helping clients feel confident and beautiful. We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and help keep our salon running smoothly!
What You'll Do:
Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome Answer phones, book appointments, and manage the schedule Handle check-ins, checkouts, and transactions accurately Open and close the salon as scheduled Support the stylist team by keeping the salon tidy (laundry, cleaning stations, organizing product areas, etc.) Maintain a professional, upbeat atmosphere throughout the day (Bonus!) Makeup artists are always a great addition to our team — we're happy to provide training if you're interested in learning!
Who You Are:
Friendly, reliable, and professional in all interactions Great at multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with technology and scheduling software Dependable and punctual Team player with strong communication skills Experience in beauty, customer service, or retail is a plus
