Promote retail sales of lash care products and other beauty essentials through effective upselling techniques Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promotions, and client testimonials Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries Support the front desk during busy periods, including check-in/check-out procedures and product demos Stay current on industry trends, new techniques like dermal fillers or body waxing, and certification requirements such as botulinum toxin treatments or esthetic laser procedures Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with lash extension training experience Demonstrated expertise in eyelash extensions, with a portfolio of work preferred Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and explain treatment options Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization techniques for tools and equipment Experience with salon management software such as Millennium or
