Permanent Makeup Artist (PMU)

We are looking for a Permanent Makeup Artist who sees their work as both art + responsibility . This is not a high-volume, rushed environment. This is a space for artists who care deeply about detail, healing, and long-term client relationships.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform permanent makeup services (brows, lips, liner based on your specialty) Conduct thorough, thoughtful consultations Customize each service based on face shape, skin condition, and lifestyle Educate clients on healing, expectations, and long-term maintenance Maintain strict sanitation + infection control standards Document services and track client progress Contribute to a calm, elevated client experience

REQUIREMENTS

Active Virginia tattoo/PMU licensing (as required) Certification in permanent makeup services Strong portfolio of healed results (required to apply) Knowledge of skin types, contraindications, and healing phases Confidence in consultation and client communication Professional, grounded, and growth-minded
