Duties Perform a variety of nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Apply knowledge of color theory to recommend and create custom nail designs that suit each client's style and preferences Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean workspace to promote client safety Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client needs, offering professional advice, and upselling retail products like nail care essentials or skincare items Assist clients with additional services such as eyebrow care Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to ensure long-lasting results Stay updated on current trends in nail care and design Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar cosmetology role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, sanitation protocols, and the latest beauty trends Certification in cosmetology or nail technician license required; additional certifications or license in esthetics are a plus Strong communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and team members Embark on an exciting career path where your talent transforms lives!
