Duties Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry Apply knowledge of color theory to recommend and create custom nail designs that match clients' preferences and styles Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and suggest suitable treatments or enhancements such as eyelash extensions or body waxing Upsell retail products like nail polishes, skincare items, or hair extensions to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales Assist with additional beauty services such as hair styling, hair threading, or esthetic laser treatments when qualified Build strong client relationships through excellent communication skills, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews Requirements Valid cosmetology license with certification in nail care; additional certifications in esthetic laser treatment or dermabrasion are a plus Demonstrated knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and sanitation protocols Experience with advanced services such as eyelash extensions, hair extensions, or barbering is desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Familiarity with retail math and upselling techniques to promote products effectively Ability to stay organized and manage multiple appointments efficiently in a fast-paced environment Passion for beauty trends and continuous learning to stay current with industry innovations Embark on a rewarding career where your talent transforms clients' confidence!
