Duties Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments using the latest techniques and products to ensure client satisfaction. Apply nail enhancements such as gel, acrylics, or dip powders with precision and care. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by thoroughly disinfecting tools and workstations after each client. Consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable nail colors, designs, or treatments based on color theory and current trends. Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client experience and salon revenue. Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to promote healthy nails. Stay updated on the latest nail art trends, products, and industry best practices through ongoing training and professional development. Skills Strong knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing nail designs. Excellent customer service and communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. Proficiency in sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Experience with cosmetology practices including nail care, hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, eyebrow shaping, and body waxing. Ability to perform esthetic laser treatments and dermabrasion procedures is a plus. Skilled in retail sales techniques to recommend products that suit client needs while boosting sales. Familiarity with retail math for managing product inventory and sales transactions effectively.
