• Great Benefits based on experience Duties Provide a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity.

knowledge of Russian Manicure is a BIG Plus Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety and comfort. Educate clients on nail care routines, product benefits, and aftercare instructions to promote healthy nails. Assist clients in selecting colors, designs, and enhancements that align with their personal style and preferences. Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, treatments, and skincare items to enhance the client experience and boost sales. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and industry standards through ongoing education. Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and referrals. Skills Strong knowledge of color theory for creating visually appealing nail designs. Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction. Proficiency in sanitation practices to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff. Expertise in various nail care techniques including gel application, acrylics, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and hair styling is a plus. Ability to perform advanced treatments such as dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments when applicable. Effective communication skills for explaining services clearly and upselling retail products confidently. Knowledge of retail math for managing product inventory and sales targets effectively.
