Nail Technician

You're in luck! milk + honey is currently seeking extraordinary Nail Technicians looking to build authentic guest connections while delivering holistic nail services in a hyper-clean environment free of harsh toxins. Nail Technician Responsibilities (include but not limited to): The ability to perform a wide range of nail care, following milk + honey protocols, including natural and gel manicures/pedicures. Support business growth by encouraging repeat visits and engaging in guest-focused activities, such as writing thank you notes and updating Treatment Cards with home care tips, next-visit details, and product recommendations. Maintain expertise in product lines by attending ongoing training and educational courses, and proactively recommend products to guests. Work Hours and Compensation:

Nail Technicians work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and some holidays. An average in-service hourly rate ranges between $32-$36, including tips. Out of service rate will be paid out at $17.87. 10% commission on sold retail products. Keep 100% of guest gratuity. Why You'll Love it
