Duties Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art using the latest techniques. Apply color theory principles to select and recommend nail polish shades that complement clients' skin tones and preferences. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations. Offer additional beauty treatments including eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, hair threading, and hair styling to enhance client satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients' needs, offering personalized recommendations, and upselling retail products like nail care essentials or beauty accessories. Manage retail sales efficiently using retail math skills to maximize revenue while ensuring clients receive the best product suggestions. Keep detailed records of treatments performed and communicate effectively with clients about aftercare and future appointments. Skills Strong knowledge of nail care techniques combined with an understanding of color theory for creative designs. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their beauty goals. Demonstrated expertise in sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all clients. Experience with cosmetology practices including hair extensions, hair styling, barbering, and eyelash extensions is a plus. Ability to perform advanced beauty treatments such as dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, hair threading, and other skincare procedures. Retail sales experience with upselling skills to promote products confidently while enhancing the client experience. Familiarity with retail math to manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
