Universal Nail Club is a small nail studio in Huntington Beach, CA. We aim to create a cozy and welcoming space for professional nail services. We specialize in Russian manicures and SMART pedicures with a focus on providing an attentive, personalized, and relaxing experience for every client. Our philosophy is that nail care should be universal, accessible, and sustainable for both clients and nail technicians.

Job Description:

Russian nail philosophy is relatively new in the United States and is setting a new standard for the nail care industry. This includes adhering to rigorous sanitary practices and professional standards. Our objective is to create an inclusive, welcoming environment that allows all team members to engage in active discussion, learning, and self improvement. We hope this, in turn, allows our team members to become more confident in their technical skills, communication, customer service, and leadership abilities. Responsibilities:

Provide a wide range of nail care services using the E-File Manicure Technique. Adhere to salon service and safety protocols, ensuring consistency and quality in every treatment. Embrace change and stay updated on industry trends and advancements. Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and personal development. Work efficiently and effectively without direct supervision. Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times. Actively promote the salon, your work, and services. Create a relaxing and enjoyable experience for clients to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

Valid California Nail Technician license. Professional experience providing Russian manicure and pedicure or E-file manicure in a Nail Salon/Spa environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
