Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments and products Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services that meet client expectations Upsell retail products including nail care essentials, skincare items, and beauty accessories to enhance client satisfaction and business growth Assist with retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and usage while ensuring accurate retail math calculations Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that promotes client loyalty and repeat visits Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology required Proven experience in performing professional nail treatments with a strong portfolio of nail art or design work preferred Knowledge of color theory for creating harmonious and eye-catching nail designs Familiarity with sanitation standards, sterilization procedures, and safety protocols in a salon setting Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs Ability to perform multiple services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, barbering, and other beauty treatments is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes clients feel valued and comfortable Basic retail math skills for upselling products confidently without overselling or underestimating client needs Join us as a Professional Nail Technician where your passion for beauty meets your talent for creating stunning nails!
