Pay Rate:

Commission; $16.90/hour + gratuity for nail services

Responsibilities:

Perform manicures and pedicures to the highest standards. Ensure the "Trilogy Experience" for members and guests by maintaining Trilogy's service standards. Report any incidents or accidents to the Assistant Fitness & Spa Director and/or Fitness & Spa Director. Understand and implement universal precautions when providing services. Address and resolve any guest concerns to prevent customer dissatisfaction using excellent customer service skills

Qualifications:

Valid Nail Technician license. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Why Join Us?
