Duties Provide professional manicure and pedicure services, including shaping, polishing, cuticle care, and nail enhancements Apply advanced nail techniques such as gel nails, acrylics, and nail art using color theory to create stunning designs Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure client safety and comfort Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and products based on individual needs Upsell retail products like nail care essentials, skincare items, and beauty tools to enhance client satisfaction and store sales Stay informed about the latest trends in nail art, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, and other esthetic services to provide innovative options Assist with retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and promoting ongoing treatments or packages Requirements Valid cosmetology license or certification with specialization in nail care required Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and sanitation protocols Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Experience with advanced nail treatments such as gel application, acrylics, and nail art preferred Knowledge of additional beauty services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair extensions, hair styling, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, hair threading, barbering and retail math is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Passion for continuous learning about new beauty trends and techniques Join our team where your creativity meets your dedication!
