We are building a clean, education-forward, team-driven environment and are looking for licensed professionals who want to grow with a brand that is doing things differently. Compensation $20-$23/hr + tips + commission Benefits available after 90-day probationary period: Health benefits Parking reimbursement Toll reimbursement Employee perks What You'll Do Perform manicures and pedicures following Footwork service protocols Deliver elevated, professional, hospitality-focused client experiences Maintain sanitation and California State Board standards Collaborate with trainers and team members Educate clients on maintenance and recommended services/products when appropriate What We're Looking For Active California Manicurist or Cosmetology License

REQUIRED.

New cosmetology or manicure school graduates awaiting their state board exam are welcome to apply Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude Detail-focused and open to feedback/coaching Comfortable following structured service standards and flows Comfortable working with a primarily male clientele (women are welcome clients as well) Weekend availability preferred Massage experience or knowledge is a plus, especially relating to foot, calf, or hand massage techniques Open availability and willingness to occasionally be on-call is a huge plus as we continue growing Newer techs are welcome — training provided.
