Duties Perform a wide range of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, Gel-X, and nail art with precision and attention to detail Provide advanced treatments including eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure client safety Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail designs, colors, and care routines based on individual preferences Upsell retail products like nail care items, skincare products, and hair extensions to boost sales and enhance client results Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate clients on nail maintenance and aftercare procedures Stay current with industry trends in hair styling, barbering, hair threading, and other beauty services to provide innovative solutions Experience Proven experience as a manicurist or nail technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work Knowledge of color theory for creating visually appealing nail aesthetics Familiarity with sanitation protocols and safety standards within the beauty industry Experience performing additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships Basic retail math skills for upselling products effectively Certification in cosmetology or related beauty fields is required; additional training in hair styling or barbering is a plus Join us in delivering top-tier nail care while inspiring confidence through your artistry!
