Perform nail services (manicures, pedicures, gel, gel x, gel builder, nail art, etc.) according to salon standards Provide friendly, professional customer service Complete services within the scheduled time provided Opening and closing duties Assist other nail technicians when available Communicate timing issues or service needs to front desk or shift leader Perform other related duties as assigned by the role Be physically present in the workplace on a daily basis as scheduled Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to understand written instructions. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized. Ability to solve day-to-day service or client-related issues. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Assumes a professional working relationship between clients, coworkers, and management. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexible and able to adjust to changing schedules, client needs and priorities. Able to carry out duties efficiently and with minimum supervision. Ability to follow instructions provided verbally, in writing, or through scheduling systems. Must be punctual, dependable, and have reliable transportation to and from work.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or equivalent required. Must have the skills, experience, training, and certifications required to work as a Nail Technician.
