Compensation Structure:

Listed pay of $30 includes base pay + bonuses + tips. Monthly performance-based customer bonus. Employee referral cash bonus. Customer referral cash bonus. Base pay increases with regular performance reviews.

• 5pm/6pm/7pm depending on the day Responsibilities Greets customers with a smile and friendly conversation while assisting them Provides exceptional manicures and pedicures Helps maintain our professional-grade cleaning standards Assist Front Desk in selling memberships, rebooking guests and selling retail products Uses skills and knowledge to contribute to Frenchies' monthly team goals Brings good vibes to studio staff and clientele Qualifications Licensed manicurist or cosmetologist•if you don't have this, check out SBCC in Santa Barbara or Lu Ross in Ventura.
