We are seeking a Nail Technician with experience or familiarity in Russian manicure techniques who is motivated to refine their skills in a high-standard, education-driven environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role is ideal for a technician with foundational experience in Russian manicure or structured gel techniques who is confident using an e-file. Technicians are expected to complete a full Russian manicure service within approximately 2 hours (excluding detailed nail art). This role prioritizes precision, structure, and consistency over rushed services. You will be working within a systemized workflow designed to support efficiency, quality, and long-term skill development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform Russian manicure services using structured gel and e-file techniques Maintain consistent service timing (target: ~2 hours per service) Prepare tools, materials, and workstation prior to each appointment Follow strict sanitation, disinfection, and sterilization protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation at all times Deliver an elevated, calm client experience that supports retention Communicate professionally with clients and team members Follow all studio systems, service structures, and workflows Capture professional-quality photos of completed work

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Active Cosmetology or Manicurist License (required) Experience using an e-file (required) Familiarity with Russian manicure and/or structured gel techniques Ability to meet service time expectations Flexible availability based on business needs (schedule to be discussed during interview)

Preferred:

6+ months experience in a salon or spa environment Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and professionalism Reliable, punctual, and coachable with a growth mindset

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based position with high earning potential. The listed hourly range reflects average earnings, including commission and tips. Advancement, performance expectations, and income growth opportunities will be discussed during the interview process.

SALON STANDARDS & MAINTENANCE

Clean, disinfect, and sterilize all tools after each use Sanitize all surfaces, including desks, trays, and product bottles Prepare fully stocked client trays for each appointment Maintain organized drawers, tools, and workstations daily Dispose of trash and maintain overall station cleanliness
