In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, and provide personalized consultations to enhance each client's unique style. Your expertise will help clients feel confident and pampered, ensuring a memorable experience that keeps them coming back. Duties Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, Dazzle Dry with precision and care Provide expert advice on nail health, color choices, and design options based on clients' preferences and skin tones Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, understanding their needs and upselling additional services or retail products effectively Stay current with the latest trends in nail art, color theory, and industry techniques to offer innovative services Assist with retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and accessories to enhance client satisfaction and store revenue Support the team with other beauty treatments as well. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or certification with specialization in nail care (e.g., manicurist or nail technician license) Demonstrated knowledge of sanitation practices to uphold health standards at all times Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Experience with advanced nail techniques including gel applications Knowledge of retail products for upselling products effectively while maintaining excellent customer relationships Join us as a Nail Specialist where your talent will shine!
