Overview:

Adore Nails & Beaute is a luxury nail and beauty destination dedicated to delivering elevated, detail-focused services. We are seeking a highly skilled Master Nail Technician to join our team and provide premium nail experiences for our clientele. This role is ideal for technicians who are passionate about advanced techniques, precision work, and creating a memorable client experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail enhancements Create custom nail designs tailored to each client's style Shape, clean, and prepare nails with precision and care Safely remove previous products without damaging natural nails Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times Sterilize tools and follow strict sanitation protocols Provide relaxing hand and foot massages during services Educate clients on nail care, maintenance, and product recommendations Promote and upsell services, treatments, and retail products Build relationships with clients by delivering personalized and attentive service

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role Strong expertise in both basic and advanced techniques (gel, builder gel, Gel-X, detailed nail art, French, etc.) Knowledge of current nail trends and luxury service standards Strong understanding of sanitation and hygiene practices Excellent customer service and communication skills Passion for beauty, detail, and client experience Cosmetology or Nail Technician License preferred

Compensation:

Estimated earnings: $5,000

• $7,500+ per month plus tips Commission-based structure with high earning potential

Schedule:

Full-time and part-time available Full-day shift: 9:30 AM

• 7:00 PM (Mondays-Friday) 9:30 AM
• 6:00 PM (Saturday) Sunday (10:00 AM
• 5:30 PM) Must be willing to stay later when the salon is busy to accommodate clients
