Duties Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care Apply and maintain nail enhancements including tips, overlays, and extensions using safe sanitation practices Educate clients on nail health, proper maintenance, and aftercare to ensure long-lasting results Create customized nail designs utilizing color theory principles for unique and eye-catching styles Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction Manage retail sales of nail care products and beauty accessories through effective communication skills and upselling techniques Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a fast-paced salon or spa environment Knowledge of current trends in nail art, color theory, and innovative techniques such as gel application or acrylics Familiarity with sanitation procedures for tools and workstations to uphold health standards Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide excellent customer service Ability to perform additional beauty services such as hair styling, hair extensions, threading, or waxing is a plus Basic retail math skills for product sales and upselling opportunities Certification in cosmetology or related field required; additional training in esthetic laser treatment or dermabrasion is advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your talent shines!
