We are hiring nail technicians at ALL skill levels — from new graduates ready to learn, to mid-level techs comfortable with gel and basic services, to experienced senior techs who can do full extensions and custom designs. If you love nails and want a stable salon with a steady book, we want to hear from you. Levels we're hiring: Senior Tech (大工) — Independent, full skill set: gel, builder gel, extensions (Gel-X, soft gel, powder), custom designs, chrome, cat eye Mid-Level Tech (中工) — Comfortable with gel manicures, spa pedicures, basic French and polish; willing to learn extensions Junior / Trainee (小工) — Newly licensed or in training; basic manicures, pedicures, polish work; on-the-job mentoring from senior team What you will do: Provide nail services appropriate to your skill level Maintain a clean, sanitized, welcoming station Build long-term relationships with returning clients Work as part of a friendly, drama-free team (For junior techs) Learn and grow under mentorship from our senior staff What we are looking for: CT nail technician license (or actively in process — we will work with you) Honest about your skill level (we have a place for everyone, no need to oversell) Reliable, punctual, and clean Friendly with clients and coworkers Conversational English preferred — Mandarin, Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese also welcome What we offer: Competitive pay — hourly + commission, negotiable based on your skill level Strong tips from a generous, regular clientele Steady, full booking — you will not sit idle Premium supplies provided: Gel Bottle Inc.
