Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs with precision and care Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients' needs, offering personalized recommendations, and building lasting relationships Stay current with the latest trends in nail care, color theory, and design techniques to deliver innovative looks Assist clients with retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and accessories to enhance their experience Support salon team members with additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or hair styling when qualified Uphold salon policies on sanitation, safety procedures, and professional conduct at all times Skills Strong knowledge of color theory to create harmonious and eye-catching nail designs Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and provide clear advice Expertise in nail care techniques including cuticle treatment, shaping, polishing, and advanced artistry Familiarity with sanitation protocols to maintain a clean workspace in compliance with health regulations Experience with cosmetology practices such as esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, or hair extensions is a plus Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing customer satisfaction Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and sales transactions Versatile skills in body waxing, hair threading, hair styling, barbering or eyelash extensions are advantageous but not required Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to beauty excellence!
