Duties Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and color choices based on client preferences and skin tones, applying knowledge of color theory Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools, disinfecting workstations, and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety Offer additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and barbering when qualified Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs, upsell retail products like nail care items or skincare products, and enhance their overall experience Stay updated on current trends in nail art, techniques, and products to provide innovative services that keep clients coming back Manage retail sales efficiently using retail math skills to promote products effectively while achieving sales goals Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or certification with specialization in nail care required; additional certifications in esthetic laser treatment or other beauty services are a plus Strong knowledge of nail care techniques including gel application, acrylics, nail art design, and color theory Experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair threading, dermabrasion or barbering is desirable but not mandatory Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols at all times Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a positive client experience Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends as needed Join us in creating beautiful transformations while delivering outstanding service!
