  • Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to clients while adhering to the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for creating beautiful nail designs and ensuring a relaxing experience for all clients. Duties Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations. Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and products to enhance their experience. Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail technology, techniques, and products to provide clients with innovative services. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment and seamless service delivery. Skills Proficient in color theory and its application in nail design. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe work environment. Background in cosmetology with expertise in nail care techniques. Familiarity with hair extensions, esthetic laser treatments, hair threading, body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, barbering, and retail sales is advantageous. Ability to apply retail math for effective inventory management and sales strategies. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
