We are a welcoming, beach-inspired space where clients come to feel beautiful, at peace, and truly cared for. Our team is built on warmth, professionalism, and a shared love of the craft. The role We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Nail Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. You will deliver high-quality nail care services in a relaxing, upscale salon environment, serving both our loyal local clientele and the many visitors who discover us along the Gulf coast. Responsibilities Provide manicures, pedicures, gel, and other nail services to a high standard Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate treatments Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming nail station at all times Build and nurture a loyal client base through exceptional service Collaborate professionally with the rest of the salon team Stay current on nail trends, techniques, and product knowledge Requirements Valid Florida Nail Specialist license (required) Proven experience performing a full menu of nail services Warm, professional demeanor and strong customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player Gel and acrylic experience preferred What we offer Competitive commission-based pay W-2 employment — no booth rental stress Flexible part-time scheduling A supportive, positive team environment A beautiful beachside location that clients love to visit How to apply We'd love to hear from you!
