Responsibilities Perform professional nail care treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry Apply and maintain nail enhancements including extensions, gel polish, and intricate designs using color theory principles Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to ensure long-lasting results Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and working in a clean environment to prevent infections Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences, offering personalized recommendations, and upselling additional services or retail products Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and products to deliver innovative services Assist with retail sales of nail care products, cosmetics, and accessories to enhance client experience and business growth Skills Strong knowledge of color theory for creating appealing nail designs and color combinations Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice Proficiency in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Formal training in cosmetology or esthetician programs with certification in nail care techniques Experience with various nail treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, and laser treatments is a plus Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining a friendly rapport with clients Retail math skills for managing product inventory and sales transactions effectively Knowledge of barbering techniques is advantageous for offering additional grooming services Join us to elevate beauty experiences through your artistry!
