Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail care services to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application
• Provide nail extensions and enhancements, such as gel or acrylic nails
• Offer additional services like nail art, nail repairs, and paraffin treatments
• Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and recommend appropriate products
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, following all health and safety regulations
• Assist with retail sales of nail care products
• Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client's experience
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of color theory and the ability to create customized nail designs
• Proficient in sanitizing tools and maintaining a clean work environment
• Basic understanding of retail math for product sales
• Experience with hair extensions is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of hair threading techniques is an asset
