A licensed applicant is preferred but will consider a current beauty school student. Relative Requirements (Based on Position): A professional attitude and appearance providing excellent customer service. A working knowledge of nail care , painting styles, design trends and techniques A working knowledge of skin care therapies or ability to learn. A working knowledge of various beauty brands and products or ability to learn. Must have nail service tools or a plan to obtain own personal tools. Must have a certification and license in a cosmetology or beauty related field. Must maintain beauty license continuous education requirements.

Prime Responsibilities:

Fulfill guest expectations with massage, exfoliation, and polish application. Perform manicures, pedicures and provide color recommendations. Perform skin and nail , services following established guidelines. Perform facial and waxing services as requested by client. Fulfill guest expectations with massage, exfoliation, and polish application. Provide customer education about foot and nail care . Apply make-up creating a variety of different looks as requested by client. Develop a complete knowledge of all spa services and products offered. Day to

Day Responsibilities:

(Regardless of Position): Deliver a positive customer experience on every visit. Meet & greet customers, answering telephone inquiries. Understand client scheduling techniques updating the appointment book. Build rapport with clients to reschedule and retain on a regular basis. Promote a team environment working with others on same customers. Keep all work stations and tools clean and sterile daily. Keep front desk neat and clean. Help with laundry services folding and putting away towels. Accurately use the credit card system to cash out customers. Promote other spa services and products offered by AVN Salon. Suggest beneficial treatments offered by AVN Salon. May perform other tasks as requested by Manager.

Pay:

$200.00 - $800.00 per week
