Responsibilities Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments using the latest techniques and products to ensure high-quality results. Create custom nail designs incorporating color theory principles, nail art, and trending styles to delight clients. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools, disinfecting workstations, and adhering to health regulations. Provide personalized consultations on nail care, color choices, and maintenance tips to enhance client satisfaction. Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or hair styling to maximize client experience and salon revenue. Assist clients with retail sales of nail care products, skincare items, and beauty accessories aligned with their needs. Stay updated on industry trends like esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, hair extensions, hair threading, and barbering techniques to broaden service offerings. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care; additional certifications in eyelash extensions or body waxing are a plus. Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and current beauty trends. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their preferences. Proven ability in retail sales and upselling to enhance client experiences while supporting business growth. Experience with advanced treatments such as dermabrasion or esthetic laser procedures is desirable but not required. Demonstrated professionalism with attention to detail in hygiene standards and customer service excellence. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a lively and positive attitude.
