Responsibilities Perform professional Russian Manicure services with exceptional attention to detail. Apply gel polish, structured gel, builder gel, and nail strengthening treatments. Create clean, long-lasting, flawless finishes. Maintain the highest sanitation and sterilization standards. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate treatments. Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance. Promote retail products and additional services when appropriate. Deliver a warm, professional, and luxury-level client experience. Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices. Qualifications Proven experience as a Nail Technician, preferably specializing in Russian Manicure. Valid Florida Cosmetology or Specialty Nail License. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Strong knowledge of sanitation and sterilization protocols. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with builder gel, BIAB, hard gel, and advanced nail techniques. Existing clientele is a plus, but not required.
