Nail Tech Instructor

Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive instruction on nail care, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art techniques Develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate hands-on practice and theoretical learning Demonstrate advanced skills such as nail extensions, intricate nail designs, and proper sanitation procedures Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their technical abilities and confidence Stay current with industry trends, new products, and emerging techniques to continually update curriculum content Ensure all classroom activities adhere to health and safety regulations and industry standards Support students in preparing for licensing by offering targeted review sessions and practical assessments Requirements Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) as a licensed Nail Technician with expertise in a wide range of nail services including gel, acrylics, and nail art Strong knowledge of anatomy related to hand and foot health as well as infection control protocols Prior classroom or training experience in cosmetology or esthetician programs preferred Ability to develop detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for adult learners Skilled in teaching advanced techniques such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, facials, makeup application, hair styling, hair coloring, hair extensions, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, hair threading, barbering and aesthetic treatments Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse student groups Certification or licensing as required by local regulatory bodies for cosmetology or esthetician practice is essential Join us to make a lasting impact by nurturing talented professionals who are passionate about beauty and wellness!
