Duties Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety Consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable nail treatments, and provide personalized beauty advice Stay current on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and innovative techniques to offer fresh options to clients Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Manage retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and accessories through effective upselling techniques using retail math skills Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and maintain a clean, organized workspace Requirements Valid cosmetology license or certification with training in nail care and sanitation practices Strong knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing designs and coordinate colors effectively Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear explanations of treatments Experience with advanced nail techniques including gel application, acrylics, nail art, and cuticle care Familiarity with additional beauty services like eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, body waxing, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and barbering is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Demonstrated customer service skills that foster positive relationships and repeat business Join us in creating stunning nail looks while delivering memorable experiences!
