Responsibilities Provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer clients innovative options. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations. Educate clients about proper nail care and recommend products for at-home maintenance. Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, body waxing, or hair threading to enhance client experience. Manage retail sales by effectively utilizing retail math to track inventory and sales performance. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for all clients. Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Knowledge of cosmetology principles, including color theory and dermabrasion techniques. Familiarity with retail sales strategies and upselling techniques is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
